Payment

At Kids Safety you can pay with Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard and Visa Electron.

We do not charge you any purchase transaction fees.
The transaction takes place with an encrypted connection via Yourpay, which means the connection is completely secure. Kids Safety ApS will not be able to access your card information at any time and the amount will be transferred automatically between the banks.
The amount will only be drawn from your card when the item is shipped.

 

Delivery

Kids Safety strives to ship the items you ordered the same day we have registered your order and basically within 1-4 business days.

However, if your order contains pre-ordered goods, the order will only be shipped when we can make a complete delivery.

All orders are subject to a shipping fee, which is calculated on the basis of delivery method, weight and country. We offer at the moment no shipments outside EU - including Greenland and the Faroe Islands.The delivery price will depend on the country you want your order shipped to.

Items are sent through PostNord or GLS. The expected delivery time is shown in the individual item description. We do not guarantee that the item will be delivered within the specified timeframe, but most items will be delivered within 48 hours.

When you receive the item, it is important that you immediately check if it is intact. If the product is defective or you have any other complaints, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail: info@kidssafety.eu or Phone: +45 71 741 797.

Delivery of orders through our online store is not a legally binding agreement. Kids Safety therefore has the opportunity to cancel your order due to printing errors, technical problems, delivery failures and similar situations. Binding order confirmation / invoice will be sent to you once we have shipped the items you have ordered. It is only an electronic receipt for receiving your order.

 

Right of withdrawal

As a customer you have 14 days to cancel when you purchase from Kids Safety webshop. You must, within the 14 days inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice can be given to info@kidssafety.eu. Once you've notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You have to pay for the return of the package yourself, and it is you who is liable if any damage occurs during transport

 

The condition of the product when you return it

If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a way other than what was needed to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item, then you can only recover a portion of the purchase price. The amount you can get back depends on the trade value of the product, and in some cases it may mean that you can only recover the shipping costs. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you may not take it for real use. We include emphasis on these parameters:

If you need to return or exchange a watch, the following requirements are:

2. The protective film on the screen is untouched.
3. Sticker with imei and reg. code is untouched.
4. The watch is not registered with SIM card or uses on the app.

Repayment of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase within the 14 days right of withdrawal, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, no additional delivery costs apply in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), within 14 days of the day we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement and received the package.

We will refund the money with the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

The credit will only be made once Kids Safety has received the product concerned and assessed the condition of the product according to our terms of trade.

We only receive packages that are sent directly to the address. Or nearest package store (Kvickly Hadsten, Søndergade 15, 8370 Hadsten, Denmark).

You may also, by prior arrangement, cancel the purchase by notifying us and delivering it in person at the above address.

 

Warranty

Even though Kids Safety sells goods to children, unfortunately it does happen that a product breaks as it is technology we sell. Below you can read about how your situation are as a consumer in such a situation.

When you, as a consumer, shop at Kids Safety ApS, the Code of Conduct of the Buying Act may apply to  goods purchases. When you shop with us as a consumer, you have 24 months of warranty. It is important to remember to contact Kids Safety ApS if you believe your product has a defect. Please explain what the defect  of the item is when contacting Kids Safety. You will find our contact information at the bottom of the page.

If you find a defect in the purchased product, you must contact Kids Safety within "reasonable time". If you contact us within two months after the defect is detected, the complaint will always be within the write time.

The warranty covers defects that were present at the time of purchase from the factory and also hidden defects at the purchase, which will only become apparent later.

If your warranty is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired or replaced depending on the specific situation.

If your claim is warranted, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to receive a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

In order for a warranty to be justified, it is a requirement that the defect has not arisen as a result of an incorrect / incorrect use of the product (e.g. in contravention of the instructions for use: Smartwatch Guides & How to use your smartwatch), wear, external influence or other injury-causing behaviour. Or, in other cases, you have either intentionally or through gross negligence destroyed the product yourself. Here is meant damage that you yourself cause, for example by exposing a non-waterproof watch to water. In that case, you either have to replace the item yourself or contact your insurance company.

For waterproof models, it is important to check the watch before bathing, swimming and other types of water play. What you need to be aware of is whether the sim card flap is properly screwed in and close tightly, be aware that the sim card flap is broken after clamping, and whether the screen may be broken after play. If any of the above applies, and therefore water gets into the watch which damages it subsequently, the right of warranty will not apply.

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, telephone number and email address.

We register and passes on the personal information, that is needed to deliver the item to you.

The above information is shared exclusively with pakkelabels.dk (read about pakkelabels here), to ensure delivery with Track & Trace, and that you can therefore receive delivery details by mail and sms.

The personal information is registered with Kids Safety ApS and stored for five years, after which the information will be deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

The data controller at kidssafety.eu is Kids Safety ApS.

You have the right to be informed what information we process about you.
If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can for example be if your data is no longer needed for the purpose for which we were going to use it.
