Delivery of orders.

Delivery of orders through our online store is not a legally binding agreement. Kids Safety therefore has the opportunity to cancel your order due to printing errors, technical problems, delivery failures and similar situations. Binding order confirmation / invoice will be sent to you once we have shipped the items you have ordered. It is only an electronic receipt for receiving your order.

Delivery to the following countries

At Kids Safety you can pay with Visa and MasterCard. You can also pay via Paypal.

We do not charge you any purchase transaction fees.

The transaction takes place with an encrypted connection via Nets / Teller, which means the connection is completely secure. Kids Safety ApS will not be able to access your card information at any time and the amount will be transferred automatically between banks.

The amount will first be raised on your card when the item is shipped.



Kids Safety strives to ship the items you ordered the same day we have registered your order and basically within 1-4 business days.

However, if your order contains order goods, the order will only be shipped when we can make a complete delivery.


Shipping & Delivery.

All orders are subject to a shipping fee, which is calculated on the basis of delivery method and weight. We offer at the moment no shipments outside EU - including Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

Items are sent through PostNord or GLS. The expected delivery time is shown in the individual item description. We do not guarantee that the item will be delivered within the specified timeframe, but most items will be delivered within 48 hours.

When you receive the item, it is important that you immediately check if it is intact. If the product is defective or you have any other complaints, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail: info@kidssafety.eu.


Cancellation of order.

If you have not received a binding order confirmation / invoice from Kids Safety, and your order has not yet been effected by Kids Safety, you can cancel your order by contacting us at info@kidssafety.eu or tel. +45 71 741 797.


Are the items packed / shipped by Kids Safety, you have the option to return the item within 14 days via our cancellation form, which is sent together with the product in the return package or by mail.


Right of withdrawal.

You can undo the agreement entered into for 14 days without reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods.


You must, within 14 days of receipt, inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice can be given to info@kidssafety.eu.

You will be asked to complete a cancellation form and send it either with the package or by mail.


The condition of the product when you return it.

You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you may not take it for real use.


If you need to return or exchange a watch, the following requirements are:

1. The watch is intact with all accessories.

2. The protective film on the screen is untouched.

3. The watch is not registered with SIM card or uses on the app.

If the item is tested, in addition to what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant's commercial value.


Repayment of purchase amount.

If you exercise your right of return, we will refund any payments we received from you, deducted delivery costs. The refund will be made without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date of receipt of your notice that you will cancel the agreement. We make the refund without charge and with the same payment method you used to purchase unless you expressly agreed otherwise. We can withhold the refund until we have received the goods returned, or you have submitted documentation for returning the goods, whichever is the earliest.



If you have already received the goods, return them to Kids Safety without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us that you will take advantage of your right of return. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiration of the 14 days. It is important that the shipment is delivered with a postage which you have to pay. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery.


You can undo your purchase / return an item by:

- Refuse receipt of item / refuse to ship a shipment

- Ship the item back to Kids Safety

You must bear the cost of returning the item yourself.


If you have returned or replaced a watch, the following requirements are:

1. The watch is intact with all accessories.

2. The protective film on the screen is untouched.

3. The watch is not registered with SIM card or uses on the app.

4. Display of order number in an email.

The Code of Conduct of the Buying Act may apply to goods purchases.


When you shop with us as a consumer, you have 24 months of warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behavior.


You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect of the item. If you advertise within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.


If your claim is warranted, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to receive a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

In order for the warranty to be justified, it is a requirement, that the defect has not arisen as a result of an wrongful / incorrect use of the item (e.g. in violation of the instructions CLICK HERE)

When you return the item, please describe the problem as detailed as possible.


As registered with Kids Safety ApS, you are always entitled to object to registration. You also have the right to understand what information is registered about you. These rights are in accordance with the Personal Data Act and you can contact: info@kidssafety.eu



If you are unsatisfied with Kids Safety's handling of a complaint or something else, you should first contact Kids Safety. If there is no solution, you can appeal to the Consumer Complaints Board's Complaints Solution Center by e-mail cfk@kfst.dk or by letter to
